Branding developed for small bar Alleyway hidden away off George Street, Sydney CBD. The owners wanted the design to reflect the welcoming, family run atmosphere. Real family photos, inky stamps, hand cut shapes and wood textures help give the authentic, back-street gathering vibe. It aims to entice those who want a little escapism from the commercial city. The logo was adapted from Avenue Group’s pre-existing umbrella brand. It fits with the grittier, less corporate look and feel. I rolled it out to a range of collateral including menus, table numbers, coasters, social media, aprons, opening invitations, posters and more! A great place for a drink 🙂
